MULTIPLIER EVENT OF THE PROJECT, AGEING TOGETHER, CARRIED OUT.

The activities, which are postponed due to the restrictions against the pandemic, of the Erasmus + KA2 program Let's Age Together - Overcoming Digital Barriers: Digital Literacy for the Elderly” project continue.

The project is supported by the Turkish National Agency and has been carried out and coordinated by the Social Inclusion and Education Association (BUHAYAD). Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Public Education Center Directorate from Turkey, CPIA CT1 Catania from Italy, Center for the Innovation and Development of Education and Technology from Spain and Association of Inclusive Society (AIS) are partners.

Within the scope of the project, the Dissemination Seminar was conducted by our Italian partner CPIA CT 1 on 06 May 2021 in Catania / Italy. Invited adults (65+), experts, policy makers, professionals and trainers, representatives of relevant organizations and NGOs participated in the seminar to better promote the project and ensure their participation in the sustainability of the project. Other partners of the project also had the opportunity to watch the event, which was held face to face, online.

The aim of the seminar is to disseminate the products and results developed within the framework of the project, to present the best practices, to mobilize the relevant organizations in order to provide digital literacy to the elderly and to explore the areas of cooperation among the participants.

In the seminar, our project partner, CPIA CT 1 Manager Prof. A. Panarello and teachers Prof. M. Gallo, Antenolla Rapisarda and Flavio Spadora made presentations about the project, Aeging Together and gave information to the participants.
